• For programs where you visit us at one of our locations, the cost is $10 per person. One chaperone for every 10 students is free.
• Our programming fees are waived for schools which meet the following definition of a Title 1 school: " Schools in which children from low-income families make up at least 40 percent of enrollment."* In order to qualify for this discount, please provide documentation that your school qualifies as a Title I school.
• An invoice will be provided when a completed reservation form is submitted. Payment is due at the time of the program.

• Groups should be as small as possible (preferably one to two classes). The smaller the group, the more hands on the activities are for each student.
• Teachers and chaperones are pivotal to ensuring that students are maximizing their educational experience while participating in a program. Please refer to our Chaperone Guide PDF for guidance on this topic.

Due to the outdoor nature of our programming, we occasionally have to reschedule as a result of weather events. If heavy rain, severe storms, or excessive wind are predicted, PC will issue a decision regarding the postponement as soon as possible. Participants will be given the option to reschedule the program for a future date.
