Come spend a day at our lighthouse exploring how we can re-imagine our life with water! Our daytime Girl Scout visitors will design, build, and test ways to live with water. Activities will include designing an aquifer, moving water with ancient technology, and various engineering challenges.
Spend just an hour with us or stay the whole time! The event will take place from 10am-1pm on November 16th, 2019 at the New Canal Lighthouse (8001 Lakeshore Dr, New Orleans, LA 70124). Open to Girl Scouts in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
The cost is $5 per person (including adults), paid at the door. Participating Girl Scouts will receive a patch!
