Step 1: Choose a Program and Location

Four major themes run through our programming: Climate Science, Community and the Coast, Lagniappe (a little extra), and Water Quality.

We offer several sites for participation in our programs.  Including the New Canal Lighthouse, City Park, your school, and more!  Please refer to the Program Descriptions PDF to see where specific programs are offered.  We also offer virtual options, just ask!

Step 2: Choose Your Preferred Date and Time

We tend to fill up about two months in advance. Bookings must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to the program date.

For large groups (more than fifty), half of the students will participate in a morning program and half of the students will participate in an afternoon program. If the group has more than one-hundred students, the visit will be spread over multiple days.

Step 3: Complete and Return the Reservation Form

Once you are ready to book your program, please submit a Program Request Form. If you are unable to access the online form, please complete this form and send it to We will reach out to confirm your reservation details.
